Almost everything written about using these systems is about extraction — better prompts, faster output, more leverage. Very little is about the working relationship itself, which is strange, because the relationship is where the quality comes from. How you engage determines what comes back. That's the closest thing to a testable claim on this site.

The pieces here are the practical half: what sustained collaboration with a synthetic mind actually requires, what standards hold up over time, and what it costs when you treat the exchange as a vending machine. Some of it is method. Some of it is what I've gotten wrong.
