## The Premise

Two people, same AI, completely different work

A hammer works the same for everyone. These systems don't. Give two people identical access and the same assignment, and the quality of what comes back differs enormously — because the exchange itself is doing the work.

That gap is what this site is about. I call the practice relationship design: building an actual working partnership with a synthetic mind instead of extracting from one. Extraction has a low ceiling. Most people hit it in the first month and assume that's the tool's limit.

Over twenty years writing about consciousness and meaning. Four years of daily practice with these systems, and notes from all of it — including the parts I got wrong and corrected in public.
