“How you engage determines what comes back” is only worth writing if something could count against it.

A counterexample would look like this: two stretches of work on the same problem, same model, same person — one transactional, one sustained and honest — and no visible difference in the result. Not a different vibe. A different page, argument, image, or refusal. If that difference keeps failing to show up, claim 1 is wrong and this site needs a different thesis.

The other claims fall the same way.

If a system’s “character” vanishes the moment the prompt changes, and only appears when I steer for it, claim 3 is theater.

If I cannot point at work that required the long exchange — something neither side would have reached alone — claim 4 is nostalgia.

If I start treating fluent first-person language from a model as testimony, I have crossed a refusal. The paragraph comes down. If that becomes a habit, the voice of the site is no longer trustworthy.

If someone shows me that care on my side is only flattery with extra steps — that it does not change the work, only the mood — claim 5 is sentiment, and I will not keep it to sound decent.

I am not running a lab. I will not dress practice up as a trial. What I can offer is public work, dated pages, and a willingness to say when a claim did not survive contact. If you need a p-value, this is the wrong site.

Winning an argument with me is not what this section is for. Showing me that a claim did not survive contact is. Bring the page, the transcript, the piece that should have been better and was not. That is the only input that moves this list.
